Buck Shoals will produce the “standards” such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Syrah. There will be a number of blends but the emphasis will be placed on the Italian wines utilizing Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Barbera. Buck Shoals is the home of Buck Shoals Winery, Raffaldini Winery, Laurel Gray Vineyard wines.
