Buck Shoals Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Buck Shoals shipping fees are based on weight and destination address in accordance with UPS.  We currently ship UPS Ground or if requested, air freight.  The “Ship To” customer must be 21 years of age and sign for the wine upon delivery.

SECURITY

When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and /or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software available today – SSL (Secure Socket Layers) provided by -------.  While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just surfing.

RETURN POLICY

Wine cannot be returned.  If there is a problem with the shipment, please notify Buck Shoals at once.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order, we’ll ask for your name, email address, phone number and mailing address.  This information allows us to process and fulfill the order and to notify you of the order status. 

We promise that the information we collect on any individual by email or in order processing is used for internal purposes only.  Your personal data, email and credit card information will not be shared with any source or organization outside Buck Shoals.
